whichfranchise is looking for a master franchisee in Australia to run this website!
whichfranchise is one of the world’s leading franchise website groups. We currently have websites for the UK, Ireland, South Africa, US, Florida and Australia.
Our first website, whichfranchise.com, was established over 10 years ago in the UK. We are now the number one franchise website in the UK and the official online partner of the British Franchise Association (bfa).
Our sister websites are also members of the Franchise Association of South Africa, Irish Franchise Association and the International Franchise Association.
Our values and aims
Our aim is to promote ethical franchising. Our USP is that we are focused on the education aspect of franchising, and not on selling franchises. We believe that by providing prospective franchisees with free and impartial franchise information and advice that covers the ins and outs of franchising, we are equipping them with the required knowledge to make informed franchise decisions.
We believe that information is the key to finding a successful franchisee.
Why we are looking for a master franchise
Due to the success of our South African franchise, whichfranchise South Africa, which we sold as a master franchise in 2006, we are now looking for a master franchisee in Australia to run whichfranchise Australia.
We believe that whichfranchise Australia needs to be run from within Australia. We want to make whichfranchise Australia the preferred local website.
What we are looking for in a master franchise owner
whichfranchise Australia can be run by an individual, a group of individuals, a company or group of companies.
It is worth noting that whichfranchise Australia can be run alongside an existing business. Our South African website is run by the leading franchise consultancy in South Africa and one of their leading banks; a partnership that works well.
You do not need to be an expert in building or developing websites as we will make all changes to the website from our head office in the UK. What is more important to us is finding a master franchisee with considerable experience and a good reputation within the Australian franchise industry.
As you will need to build the business by generating sales from franchise advertising and also from developing relationships with key suppliers, you will need to be confident at communicating and have a certain degree of sales and marketing experience.
The role of the master franchisee
You will aim to make whichfranchise Australia the leading franchise website for franchise information, advice and opportunities in Australia.
Your role as the master franchisee is to market whichfranchise Australia to prospective franchisees, industry suppliers and prospective franchisees.
You will need to sell advertising to franchisors and industry suppliers, as well as creating additional advertising and sponsorship revenues.
