A new website designed to help large businesses and brands streamline recruitment and save time, money and resources finding staff has been launched just in time for the New Year jobs rush.

Australia’s brand new, online job seeking community – www.brandnewjobs.com.au – has been unveiled by founders Bernadette Williams and Danny Hawks just as many companies look to fill new and vacated positions.

With decades of business savvy behind them and experience working with multiple franchises such as Eagle Boys Pizza, Noodle Box and Zarraffa’s Coffee, the founders were inspired to create brandnewjobs.com.au following frustrations with existing recruitment options.

“The start of a new year is often a time of change and growth for both employers and employees and we’re thrilled to offer a new alternative for those looking for a better recruitment solution,” said Ms Williams.

“In our experience, and for the many companies we have spoken to, recruiting through other jobs websites has become an increasingly long, tedious, impersonal and inefficient process.

“From that frustration, we decided there must be a better solution, particularly for large brands, organisations and franchisors with multiple offices, outlets or positions and so brandnewjobs.com.au was born.

“We’re now focused on making brandnewjobs.com.au THE fast and friendly website for people looking to find staff or jobs.”

The website offers free brand profiles for large businesses and franchisors and recruiter profiles for recruitment agencies, with a flat ad rate of $215 plus GST and unlike other job websites, no hidden costs for branding elements like logos.
“For those companies that need to fill many jobs, across multiple locations and positions, we offer additional document hosting, tailoring and automation services at no extra cost to help boost recruitment budgets and resources even further,” said Ms Williams.

“We know how important it is for businesses of all sizes to streamline their internal systems and maintain brand integrity so aim to removing many of the administrative and approvals-based processes that may currently occur between head offices and individual branches.

“For example, once a business creates a brand profile, it can create and approve a suite of job templates at no extra cost, which individual outlets, offices or franchises can then access, personalise and publish without head office having to re-approve content.”

Candidate applications are fully hosted on the brandnewjobs.com.au website and designed to allow for effective job/candidate matching and simple follow-up processes.

For jobseekers, the website is designed to offer a supportive online community and it will roll out a suite of networking functionalities in 2012 so they can network, research organisations and gain advice from other registered jobseekers.

“Hundreds of eager jobseekers have already signed up seeking work in areas like health, IT, retail, sales, trades and manufacturing,” said Ms Williams.

“Moving forward, brandnewjobs.com.au will use the latest social media tools to connect people and jobs in a way that’s low cost, highly effective and more fun than job hunting has ever been.

“We also aim to be an active contributor to the growth and development of Australia’s workforce by helping jobseekers to better prepare for the recruitment and employment process through education and support.”
