Baking success with Baker's Club franchise

An Australian Franchisee Case Study

largebakersclub_james.jpg

“I have opened a new franchise store in the Robina Town Shopping Centre, Baker’s Club Robina. Before I started this business I had no intention of becoming a baker. I did not think I could learn the intricacies of baking things like European breads, pies, pastries and sausage rolls, let alone the other cornerstone areas of a business like customer relations and making coffee, sandwiches and snacks. The Baker’s Club process and training soon fixed this. Thanks to the support from head office I can now consider myself a “Baker’s Club” baker.

It was the products that attracted me to the business. It was my hope and goal that I could help Baker’s Club become a brand synonymous with health, and now I can proudly say that Baker’s Club has become associated with Red Cross Australia with the Baker’s Club low GI wholegrain bread. This is a great way to get your energy back after a blood donation. Our gluten free range perfectly meets the needs of people with Coeliac disease and everyone who prefers a healthy gluten free diet.

We have found that it is our customers who are first to pass on the information about our products to their family and friends by word of mouth – there is no better marketing mechanism.

Baker’s Club represents a history in European baking of over 150 years. This knowledge is available to you.
