Whilst completing his studies, Jim Penman started his own part-time gardening business. Due to demand for his services, he went full-time with the business in 1982, and by 1989 he had franchised it. He has not looked back since. There are currently over 2900 franchisees in 4 countries, and Jim is still the owner and CEP of the group…with no plans to retire yet!
