DC Strategy franchise consulting firm appoints new Group Managing Director

Leading consulting firm DC Strategy has today announced the appointment of Robert Graham as new Group Managing Director to spearhead the continued growth of the firm.
 
Based out of DC Strategy’s Melbourne office, Graham will be responsible for expanding the range of advisory services for DC Strategy’s Australian and international clients.
 
Commenting on the appointment, DC Strategy Executive Director Rod Young said: “Robert has an outstanding track record of strategic innovation and superior business performance at board and executive levels.”
 
He knows franchising very well and, as a former solicitor, will also add substantial understanding and value to the DC Strategy Legal business. This opens an exciting new chapter in the development of this business and already we are seeing Graham’s positive influence on DC Strategy Legal’s capability and positioning” ” Young said.
 
Graham has over 30 years experience in the banking & finance, legal and franchising industries. Prior to joining DC Strategy, Graham held senior executive positions at ANZ Banking Group and during this time headed a number of units including Industry Specialisation, Franchising, Business & Rural Products and Group Credit Management (NSW).
 
Most recently he was CEO & Director for RAMS Financial Group where he facilitated a strategic repositioning and rapid performance turnaround. Graham was key in the conversion from a distressed franchise/broker home loan lender to a broad based financial services provider with a new franchise model, revitalised broker network and more profitable operating platform with renewed support from Westpac at CEO & Board level.

Graham holds a Bachelor of Law & Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Monash University, Melbourne.
