In a bid to bring the flavours of the world to the Australian dinner table, the nation’s second largest pizza maker, Eagle Boys Pizza, has launched a range of tantalising new gourmet toppings inspired from exotic cuisines around the globe.
Bolstering the pizza makers’ latest gourmet menu overhaul are toppings like Tandoori Chicken, Peri Peri Chicken and Spanish Tapas, featuring fresh and full-flavoured ingredients like fiery chorizo, kalamata olives, creamy bocconcini, tender calamari and of course, Tandoori chicken.
Eagle Boys CEO Todd Clayton said the new range of international-inspired toppings was part of Eagle Boys’ commitment to not only use fresh ingredients but also to keep its menu fresh.
“With shows like MasterChef and My Kitchen Rules continuing to drive our appetites for international delicacies, customers are beginning to expect gourmet flavours at affordable prcies,” Mr Clayton said.
“That’s why Eagle Boys is constantly updating its menu to give Australians the fresh ingredients, exotic flavours, and real value they deserve,” he said.
“Many influences have been taken from the global culinary arena straight into our Eagle Boys kitchens, like combining exquisite and vibrant Mediterranean fare for our Spanish Tapas.
“Our Tandoori Chicken is set to be highly popular with its intensely fragrant Indian spices, while our Peri Peri Chicken will continue to keep tastebuds watering with its infusion of spices and tangy citrus twist.”
Mr Clayton said Eagle Boys was campaigning for the pizza market’s middle ground with a real taste, real size and real value menu offering.
“Our innovative menu is certainly on the pulse and trend of modern cuisine with its sophisticated and stylish toppings that we’re sure will appeal to a wide range of palates,” he said.
