First time Mr Rental franchisees win national recognition

New Mr Rental Moonah franchisees Glenn and Sandy Travers have beaten over 58 franchisees across Australia to win the ‘Team Excellence’ award at the Mr Rental conference held recently.

 

The Team Excellence category measures Mr Rental stores on KPI’s (Key performance indicators) including enquiry numbers, conversion rates, net growth and arrears.

 

Only opening the Moonah store in 2009, Glenn Travers said it was great to have a win so early on in their business with so many other dedicated Mr Rental franchisees across the country.

 

“This is the first time a new franchise has won the award so it is a great achievement for us,” he said.

 

“The entire Mr Rental team has invested a lot of time and effort into the franchise over the last year and I think the award is a reflection of our commitment.”

 

“We believe the team’s passion, respect and ability to keep communication lines open for customers helped us, as well as focusing on the Mr Rental system and motivating team members to strive for excellence.”

 

The couple recently opened their second Mr Rental franchise in Launceston.

Mr Travers said they aimed to maintain the same high standards in their second franchise.

 

“We will be focusing on building up our presence in the Launceston community and maintaining the same high level of attention and service across both of our franchises.”
