Franchising is a great support network where you are able to workshop with other operators, sharing ideas and problem solving issues and general support when required. The group gives you so much more advertising and marketing exposure. Head office takes care of all the main advertising and marketing to maintain our position as market leader. Gives potential customers a confident understanding of who we are due to the groups strong base structure.

What challenges have you faced?
No unrealistic challenges. Started my territory from scratch with the help of Aussie Pooch mobile’s proven advertising and marketing strategies that I implemented to maximise exposure in the initial stages.
Has becoming a franchisee changed your life, if so how?
Owning a franchise has improved my life style dramatically, very rewarding for personal efforts given. Has given me the flexibility to work and have a personal life balance.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of buying their first franchise?
Research the business and the opportunities that would develop from it. Research the territory and your competitors, price, product and their weaknesses -see where you would sit compared to this. Develop a strategy for winning business and dominating the territory. Offer a unique point of difference. Be flexible and offer superior customer service. Have a passion for what you are doing

Develop my territory further, employ a representative to grow more business
