Pizza Capers has claimed the top prize in customer satisfaction winning the Roy Morgan Award for Quick Service Restaurant of the Month for the second time this year.
Pizza Capers topped the Quick Service Restaurant category with outstanding levels of customer satisfaction as judged by 50,000 consumers nationwide.
Pizza Capers Brand Marketing Manager Suzie Wing said the award was recognition of the brands recent triumphs including the successful recent release of Summer Flavours, a limited edition pizza range.
“Customer satisfaction is an integral part of our business. We focus on giving our customers a great meal experience with innovative menu options, quick delivery times and a generously topped pizza.
“Demand for high quality pizza options that are full of flavour has been high over the past few years and product innovation has been the key to Pizza Capers success,” said Ms Wing.

Ms Wing said Australians embraced the Summer Flavours Range, with Pizza Capers reporting sales above forecast for its Limited Time Only Summer Vegetarian Heaven pizza.
“Pizza Capers will continue its flavour creation into the future because we cater to consumer cravings for fresh, flavoursome food options,” she said.

This is the fourth award win for Pizza Capers this year with the brand awarded the Canstar Blue pizza satisfaction award earlier in the year as well as the Roy Morgan Quick Service Restaurant Customer Satisfaction Award in March and the Entertainment Book Gold Award for Informal Dining.
