Dymocks has appointed its Head of Operations, Shona Halpin, to a newly created role, Head of Strategy and Growth, Dymocks Retail, effective 25th July.
Dymocks MD Steve Cox recognised the tremendous work Shona has done over the last four years as Head of Operations. “Shona’s contribution over this time has been very significant and many of the successes of the business today are a direct result of her hard work. I am delighted that the business is able to give Shona an opportunity for further personal growth and a new challenge.”
The new role sees her setting and executing a significant growth strategy for Dymocks Retail including pursuing organic growth of the existing businesses as well as exploring new business options.
“The outcomes from this work will greatly benefit all involved with Dymocks; our Stores, Franchise Owners, Teams and all our Stakeholders,” Steve said.
Dymocks is currently seeking a new National Operations Manager.
