Eagle Boys Pizza has refreshed its menu with a new pizza product and side orders led by the launch of Australia’s first profiterole dessert pizza, Profiterizza.

The revamped menu targets customer demand for everyday gourmet and is the result of New Product Development Manager and Executive Chef Stuart Gray.

The decadent Profiterizza is a new dessert pizza featuring Bavarian custard, strawberries, chocolate fudge sauce and patisserie crème filled profiteroles. Other new menu items include the Reef & Beef pizza, and Prawn Skewers marinated in tandoori, chilli or garlic sauces.

New Product Development Manager and Executive Chef Stuart Gray said more additions to the menu were planned for the coming months, all designed to surprise and delight pizza lovers’ tastebuds.

“Profiterizza is just a taste of what’s to come by taking the traditional pizza and innovating it with quality ingredients. We’re always looking for ways to reward our customers with an exciting menu that caters to every taste bud,” he said.

“Research has shown that while our customers love Eagle Boys’ traditional real taste, real size and real value menu offerings, they’re also looking for something different, delicious and decadent to satisfy their tastebuds.

“As summer approaches and Australians get together to celebrate with friends and family, we know they’ll be looking to treat themselves. That’s why our latest menu refresh features delicious options with fresh and flavoursome ingredient combinations.

“Seafood is a quintessential summer menu item for many Australians so adding Prawn Skewers and a Reef & Beef pizza to the menu just seemed natural.

“We’re excited about this menu refresh and what we have planned. With pizza, there are endless possibilities, so watch this space for the latest from our kitchen.”

Eagle Boys Pizza is Australia’s second largest pizza maker and is 100% Australian-owned.
