Be inspired at MyAFSA’s first Business Success Forum, where you will hear three of the industry’s greats – Serge Infanti, Managing Director of Foodco, Richard Thame, CEO Fastway Couriers, Australia, and Ralph Anania, International Executive Business Coach, talk about the business growth strategies they have innovated to become top global business leaders.

From humble beginnings as a Muffin Break franchisee in Queensland, Serge Infanti was approached by Foodco to become the Queensland State Manager. His challenge was to re-engineer, reposition and strengthen the Muffin Break brand and assist in the development of the newly established Jamaica Blue Brand. His strategies were so successful, Serge is now a part-owner and Managing Director of Foodco operating in more than 420 franchised stores globally.

Richard Thame heads-up the Australian arm of the world’s leading courier franchising organisation, Fastway Couriers. He leads an award winning team of more than 700 franchisees, who provide courier services across this vast country. He has driven the sales and marketing for the world’s largest travel industry distribution systems, at Sabre Pacific, and sales and marketing franchising strategies for Thrifty Car Rental.

Ralph Anania’s credentials are equally as impressive, after building his own nationally recognised business in the produce industry, Ralph has built and sold more than 26 multi-million dollar companies, one of them exceeding $130 million in annual revenue. He now travels the world as an executive business coach.

MyAFSA combines the knowledge of some of the best and most successful minds in the Franchise and business Industry, with brilliant and affordable small business services, to offer Franchisors the best business platform for their network’s success.

“As a former commercial lawyer in the Franchise industry, I witnessed the devastation caused by disputes between Franchisors and Franchisees that usually occurred due to a lack of good quality information and business support. This is why I founded MyAFSA, Australia’s first Franchise Support Alliance, to offer Best Practice Franchise business support,” said Steven Clare, Founder and CEO of MyAFSA.

Janine Pares, thinkSMART Marketing, and Sean Pieres, Mindarc Digital Agency (e-commerce) are just two of MyAFSA’s small business professionals who offer expertise to Franchisors, they will also be presenting at the Success Forum.

“MyAFSA is a one-stop-shop for business growth strategies. It bridges the support-gap, often present in this industry, to ensure your Franchisees succeed.”

“This alliance was also established to reduce the “them and us” mentality and create a cohesive alliance between Franchisors, Franchisees and SMEs.”

“This will become even more critical when amendments to the Franchising Code of Conduct bring in rigorous enforcements, backed by a large fine system, to ensure Franchisors and Franchisees ‘act in good faith’,” said Steven Clare.

By becoming a member of Australia’s first Franchise Alliance, Franchisors are giving their franchisees every competitive advantage to ensure business success.
