MYO Central Park franchisee Jennine Kingston has received double the national recognition after recently winning both the MYO Franchisee of the Year and National Customer Service Awards.

Facing tough competition in the rest of the MYO network, Jennine Kingston was recognised for her high level of customer service, increase in customer memberships and commitment to the local community and charities.

Ms Kingston said she was humbled by the award.
“I’ve never won an award like this before so it’s a great honour for me and also for the team,” she said.

“Since I bought the franchise in 2006 I have focused on creating an efficient and friendly working environment and this has transferred over to our standard of customer service.”

“We have gained approximately 260 MyClub members over the last 12 months, which shows we have a loyal customer base behind us.”

Ms Kingston and her MYO team also strongly support the Cancer Council Western Australia and have raised approximately $3,500 for the charity over the last 12 months.

Ms Kingston said the team wanted to give something back to the community.

“We participate in the Cancer Council’s fundraising activities like ‘Shave for a Cure’ and this year two of the staff members shaved their heads.”

“This is such a worthwhile cause and we believe strongly in supporting the community and local charities.”

MYO Managing Director John Smith said Ms Kingston’s dedication to the MYO system was to be admired.

“Jennine supports the growth of the overall franchise and has a ‘group’ approach to running her business rather than an individual one, which shows her commitment to the MYO network,” he said.

“Her commitment to the community is inspirational and I congratulate her on her well-deserved recent success.”
