Ian and Jackie moved from Bedfordshire, UK to Australia in 2005 in search of an improved lifestyle and greater prospects for their young son. After working as a fire fighter for 15 years, then studying nursing at university and graduating as a Registered Nurse Ian worked as a Mental Health Nurse in Brisbane for 2 years.
“I decided I wanted to establish a business for myself and the family, in order to have more control over our future.
