PoolWerx has proven itself a consistent franchise performer becoming one of only four brands to secure eight consecutive listings in the BRW “Fast Franchises” rankings.
Alongside the national pool and spa care franchise, Nandos, Oporto and Gloria Jean’s all achieved their 8th consecutive listing in the 2011 rankings, with PoolWerx the only brand outside the retail food sector in the group.
PoolWerx CEO John O’Brien said he was extremely proud of the franchise’s performance.
“Our dedicated focus on creating both short and long term plans for future growth has pushed the business higher each year and 2011 marks close to a decade of double digit growth for us,” he said.
“Being one of only four brands to be recognised eight years in a row is a fantastic achievement and one we are very proud of.”
The franchise recorded an annual turnover of $60 million last financial year and Mr O’Brien said they planned to maintain the momentum.
“We’re now even more motivated to accelerate our growth and the number of multi-unit franchises in our network.”
“By implementing a growth strategy focusing on reinvestment, diversification and granting more franchises, we hope to see PoolWerx on the list of fastest growing franchises again in 2012.”
PoolWerx was ranked the 34th fastest growing franchise by revenue in the BRW Fast Franchises rankings 2011.
