Why I chose franchising
I chose to get into franchising as I liked the security of being able to ask for help when I came up against a problem; from both the franchisor and other franchisees.

Before buying my Dogtech franchise I ran my own wholesale bakery business,
How I raised the finance
I was able to raise the required investment for Dogtech from the sale of my last business.
The training and support I receive from my franchisor
Initially I received comprehensive full time training and now whenever I ask for it.
The challenges I have faced
The biggest challenge for me was learning new skills that I had no idea I could master. However through the help & guidance from my franchisor I have been able to master them.
My advice to someone thinking of buying their first franchise
Pick something that you have an interest in
My plans for the future
Going forward id like to hire someone to help me with my franchise; allowing me to take things a littler easier.
