Cafe bar and restaurant franchise Toscani’s is set to tantalise more tastebuds with plans to open a new restaurant in the Ipswich Riverlink Shopping Centre.
Founded in 1998 the Tuscan inspired café bar and restaurant franchise currently operates 15 restaurants across New South Wales and Queensland and hopes to expand further into Queensland’s booming western corridor over the next few years.
Toscani’s have approached advisory firm Scancorp to assist with the expansion and Franchise Consultant Paul Tiller said aspiring franchisees should take advantage of the unique investment opportunity.
“The new Toscani’s restaurant has strong growth potential, situated in the heart of one of Ipswich’s most popular shopping centres with a seating capacity of approximately 180 people,” he said.
“The successful franchisee will also have the chance to introduce the restaurant’s innovative new restaurant model which allows diners to watch their food being prepared in front of them.
“The investment level is between $350,000 and $400,000 with full business and restaurant training included in these start-up costs.”
Mr Tiller said the new Toscani’s franchisee would receive ongoing support and guidance from both Scancorp and the franchisor.
“In the preliminary recruitment stage our key role will be to sit down with applicants and talk with them about what to expect when buying a Toscani’s restaurant franchise. We also assist the franchisor in providing expert and relevant advice to the new franchisee where necessary.”
“With an already well-established brand name and a solid franchise system, the Ipswich Toscani’s restaurant presents a significant opportunity for growth and success for a passionate and committed franchisee.”
