Australia’s second largest pizza maker Eagle Boys Pizza is celebrating the arrival of spring and summer with the new addition of Prawn Skewers to its menu.
The Prawn Skewers feature three large meaty prawns which have been marinaded in either tandoori, chilli and garlic sauces.
The Prawn Skewers are available as a tasty treat individually or in packs of three and five.
Eagle Boys CEO Todd Clayton said the new range catered to Australians’ love of seafood and summer entertaining.
“Seafood is a quintessential summer menu item for many Australians so adding Prawn Skewers to the menu just seemed natural,” he said.
“Customers have already commented that the prawns are a welcome addition to the menu with a 30% increase in their sales between week 1 and 2. We use fresh ingredients and gourmet produce, which means our prawns are large, succulent, tasty and well received by customers.”
Mr Clayton said Eagle Boys was constantly updating its menu to give Australians the fresh ingredients and real value they had come to expect.
“Not only is Eagle Boys securing a reputation for bigger pizzas, we’re also fast securing a name for bringing quality back to the dinner table through real ingredients and real taste,” he said.
“We recognise customers want more bang for their buck and that’s why we don’t skimp on the basics – everyone should be able to enjoy a quality, wholesome meal on any budget.
