Darwin born and bred Sally Illingworth is bringing the gourmet pizza sensation to the Northern Territory when she opens a store in Parap in September.
Sally said residents can expect to see items like Sangria Duck Ragu and Singapore Chilli Crab Upper Crust Pizzas, Radicchio Salad, Herb Bread with Hummus and Kalamata Olives and delicious dessert pizzas on the regularly evolving menu.
“At Crust, we make our dough fresh in store and prepare our delicious premium ingredients from fresh produce,” said Sally.
“From Alaskan King Crab to fresh vine ripened tomatoes, we treat our ingredients with care and make our premium pizzas with passion.”
As well as a store front, Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar allows customers to order online with their online ordering website and iPhone and Android Applications.
“Our online ordering website gives our customers a five star ordering experience to match their pizzas, and we will also be offering free delivery to all members of our VIPP – Very Important Pizza Person – loyalty program,” said Sally.
